At ShelfTech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of surplus and demo industrial equipment, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival

  • The item is not as described

  • The item is defective or non-functional

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • With all included accessories, packaging, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items sold as “final sale” or marked “as-is”

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in certain cases

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect
