Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to external factors (e.g., customs, weather).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNord, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and product type.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ShelfTech is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages

ShelfTech is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

7. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may incur additional fees.
